statusstring or null

Resolved status of this report item:

clear — no findings that warrant adjudication
consider — something to review before making a decision. This does not necessarily mean adverse information was found.

Null while the report item is still being assembled and no results have been recorded yet.

created_atstring, (date-time)

Timestamp the report item was created.

updated_atstring, (date-time)

Timestamp the report item was last updated.

recordsArray of objects(eviction-record)

One entry per eviction filing returned for the applicant. Empty if no records were found, or when eviction_report_status is restricted.

eviction_report_statusstring

The status of the request for an eviction report. When the value is not available, eviction history could not be searched.

Value	Description
`available`	The jurisdiction allowed a search and a report was produced, including a clear with zero records.
`restricted`	The jurisdiction prohibits furnishing the report. `records` is empty and item `status` is `consider`, meaning there is something to review, not that adverse records were found.
